Brain Buffer — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Brain Buffer you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Brain Buffer is a context-aware reminder service that fires notifications based on location, time, activity, and other sensor triggers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for the content of your reminders.
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to harass others.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

4. Free Tier, Limits & Premium

The free tier includes up to 10 active reminders in total, of which up to 3 may be location-based (geofence / place / POI) reminders. These limits may change for new users over time; limits assigned to your account when you registered are retained for your account.

You can earn an additional location-reminder slot for each friend who registers through your referral link. Premium plans remove these limits and unlock additional features. Payments are processed via Telegram Stars or Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed reminders due to technical failures, network issues, or device restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brain Buffer is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
